Help Provide 300,000 meals for our hungry neighbors
Restaurant Will Provide:
- Provide choice menu item(s) for guests to sample
- Sufficient samples for 300+ guests
- Presentation for your menu item(s)
- Decorations and signage for your table
- Arrive by 5PM, Friday October 5, 2018 for setup – doors open at 6:00 PM
- Sufficient servers for menu item(s)
- Any needed serving utensils, chafing dishes or other serving equipment
Detroit Wine Organization & Gleaners will provide:
- Opportunity to promote restaurant to over 600 guests
- Recognition as a Restaurant Sponsor
- 4 general admission tickets
- Logo and link to sponsor’s website from Detroit Wine Organization website
- Logo recognition on video screens at event
- 1/3 page, black and white ad in program book
- Inclusion in Detroit Wine Organization and Gleaners social media campaign and email blasts
- 1-2 eight foot tables for your presentation
- Linens, plates, flatware, and napkins
- Electrical hookup upon request
- Early setup times upon request
- Vendor parking
